​The face-to-face TEI Future Leaders Summit in July 2026 will be a three-day forum incorporating practical workshops in different teaching formats to enable our future clinicians to learn from each other and to work together to address global health issues.

By the end of the Summit, participants will:

• know what a medication review is and its importance for patient safety in clinical practice

• understand how self-awareness affects communication and teamwork

• recognise different roles and perspectives in a medication review

• reflect on their own working style and its impact on others

• envision how emerging health technologies may transform traditional communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals in prescribing

• have practised collaborative decision-making in medication review in a safe role-play environment
